• Non-Refundable Policy: The manuscript submission fee (if applicable) is non-refundable. Once a manuscript is submitted, the processing begins immediately, and the fee is utilized for review and administrative purposes.
• Ineligible Refund Requests: No refund will be issued in cases of manuscript rejection due to plagiarism, lack of novelty, or non-compliance with journal guidelines.

• Refund Before Review Initiation: If a withdrawal request is made before the peer review process begins, a refund of 50% of the APC is applicable to cover administrative expenses.
• No Refund Post-Review: Refunds will not be granted if the manuscript has undergone the peer-review process or has been accepted for publication.

• Cancellation Requests: Cancellations made 10 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
• Transfer of Registration: Registrations are transferable to another participant upon request, provided it is made at least 5 days before the event.

• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once activated.

Authors may request to withdraw their manuscript before the start of the review process. However, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in the APC section.
